Located near the heart of Wintergreen Resort at Three Ridges - on the more-desirable top floor - our beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is just a 2-minute walk to the slopes, hiking trails, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Ideal for families, romantic getaways, girls’ trips, brewery visits, or exploring the many nearby hiking trails, you will feel right at home in this cozy, peaceful spot.
As you step inside the foyer of our condo after a day of enjoying the Wintergreen Resort, you will relax in this cozy oasis. We have upgraded and updated the condo so that you can feel quite comfortable during your getaway from start to finish.
Family Room
Welcome to Mountain Memories Condo, at Three Ridges, close to all the action!
The Family Room has a beautiful wood burning fireplace (including firewood) to relax in front of after a day enjoying the resort. A sofa, comfortable chair, and eating area offer opportunities to relax and be merry.
The Roku TV – which is also visible from the kitchen – includes access to a YouTube TV account for watching live and pre-recorded TV. Watch cable television at your leisure, or connect your own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime accounts to immerse yourself in all of your favorite content. Just be careful not to wake your family with your late night binge watching …..
The Smart Thermostat not only helps with temperature regulation, but can be useful and provide laughs with the built-in Amazon Alexa. Get ski reports, hear jokes, listen to radio stations while you prepare for your day.

The condo has the best internet service available so you can stay as connected as you'd like during your vacation.
Gourmet Kitchen
Our cozy kitchen area provides ample space to prepare meals to eat in or bring with you as you explore the resort and its surrounding areas. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove with oven. There are several small appliances including a toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. The cupboards are stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Also included are colorful plastic dishes, cups, bowls and cutlery for your little ones.
The kitchen features countertop seating for convenient dining.
The attached pantry is well-stocked with items to help cook with, which can save you a trip to the store. Ample shelving space is available for your groceries. You will also find a stackable washer/dryer, iron and ironing board for any laundry needs you may have during your stay.
Peaceful Patio
Enjoy the peaceful patio, just outside the kitchen.
Off the kitchen, there is a small patio with table and two chairs. This is a quiet, secluded spot to enjoy a morning coffee during the summer months as you listen to birds chirping and see squirrels furrowing about.
Master Bedroom
The first-floor master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed – perfect for snuggling after a long day enjoying the outdoors. A large window allows you to enjoy reflected light from the crest-fallen snow. The flat screen TV is equipped with Roku and YouTube TV, allowing you to enjoy live TV or savor digital content from your own Netflix, Amazon, Hulu accounts. With the TV’s built-in DVD player, you can drift off to sleep to a favorite film.
Sleep well in the Master Bedroom with a King Size bed.
There is a large closet with extra pillows and blankets. Right across the hall is a full bathroom with linens and consumables for your stay.
A comfortable bed awaits you for sleeping, or to lounge with the TV/Roku.
Upstairs Loft
The upstairs loft offers two twin beds. Kids love 'em!
The upstairs loft – a favorite for children – overlooks the Family Room below, and features two twin beds. Brush your teeth, take a nice shower, or even have a bath in the adjoining private full bathroom.
An additional twin bed is tucked away in the locked owner’s closet, which can be setup for use with larger groups.
Ski Locker
Just outside the front door is a ski locker – perfect for keeping that outdoor stuff safe. It’s great storing skis, boards, boots, and poles in the winter; also for fishing gear, golf clubs, pool toys, and kids’ bikes during the summer months.

Parking
The parking situation at Mountain Memories Condo is easy peasy! There is plenty of space right in front of the condo. in our private parking lot. During ski season, a parking gate keeps the freeloaders out of your spot!

We’ve included the comforts of a modern home to help you have the best possible getaway. Here are just a few more ways which makes our place special:
☑️ Yes, of course we have good high speed internet with Wi-Fi! Simply scan the QR code to connect
☑️ We’ve provided convenient access to a USB charging stations with plugs near every bed. Keep your device nearby. Gone are the days of fumbling around before bed looking for a way to juice up your phone and tablet overnight.
☑️ Both TVs in the condo are streaming-enabled. You can catch your favorite shows on the included YouTube TV account, and also keep up to date on your favorites from home using Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and so on. You can also connect your mobile devices to show photos and videos on the big screen.
☑️ The Living Room TV is equipped with an antenna for local access programming, useful to learn about what is happening at Wintergreen Resort and the local area, all from the comfort of the Living Room.
☑️ The ecobee Smart Thermostat helps to maintain toasty temperature on both floors of the condo while you are there, and can be used to set a comfortable temperature when you’ll be back. Also, stay informed and be entertained by the built-in Amazon Alexa virtual assistant.

☑️ Did somebody get a boo-boo? There’s a first aid kit in the kitchen
☑️ There’s a hairdryer in each bathroom.
☑️ Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for every guest.
☑️ Our condo is equipped with a high security number lock which provides keyless access to the inside. Don’t worry about losing a key while out and about.
☑️ We provide enough consumables to get you through a few days. There’s nothing worse than having to rush out to the gas station (except for having to go down the mountain and into town) to buy household items right after you arrive. Relax! We’ve got you covered!
