Located at the heart of Wintergreen Resort at Dobie, our beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is right on the slopes, and just a 2-minute walk to hiking trails, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Ideal for families, romantic getaways, girls’ trips, ski trips, brewery visits, or exploring the many nearby hiking trails, you will feel right at home in a centrally located spot.
As you step inside the foyer of our condo after a day of enjoying the Wintergreen Resort, you will relax in this cozy oasis. We have upgraded and updated the condo so that you can feel quite comfortable during your getaway from start to finish.
Gourmet Kitchen
Bench seating available. Great for morning coffee while checking e-mail.
Our cozy kitchen area provides ample space to prepare meals to eat in or bring with you as you explore the resort and its surrounding areas. With an open view, you can watch TV, continue to be part of the conversation, or gaze outside to see what’s happening on the ski hill as you prepare something to eat.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove with an oven. There are several small appliances including a toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. The cupboards are stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Also included are colorful plastic dishes, cups, bowls and cutlery for your little ones.
Plenty of space to gather round for a quick meal.
Mealtime seating options include a dining room table with two chairs and a bench. Or for a quick bite, sit at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.
Family Room
The Family Room features a large sectional sofa for your relaxation. It’s the ideal spot for movie night after a long day exploring the resort and surrounding areas.

The Nook
The Nook is the absolute jewel of this condo ....
The nook is the hidden gem of The 353. Cuddle by a fire, or lay back and be lazy for awhile ....
The sunrise over the mountain tops along with the warm morning sunlight are a daily treat to best enjoy from the nook, bringing warmth to the start of each day. The large windows offer a view into the heart of Wintergreen: you’ll have a great view of Upper Diamond and Upper Dobie ski runs, the Blue Ridge Express chair lift, Eagle’s Swoop off on the right, and of course, the picturesque backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
In the evenings, the nook is the cozy spot to relax, cuddle up with your special someone, and enjoy the warmth and crackle of the wood-burning fireplace. It’s also an ideal spot to play board games, as well as for those great conversations with old friends to happen, too.
Balcony Patio
Next to the nook, there is a nice patio with a table and four chairs. This is a nice place to enjoy some fresh air with your morning coffee during the warmer months.
Enjoy a great view of the mountain. Sunrise is fantastic!
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with memory foam mattress - perfect for snuggling after a long day enjoying the outdoors. The large window offers a great view of the mountains, and, if you choose to leave the blinds open, you may wake up to the warmth of the sunlight as the sun peeks out over the mountains. What a great way to start the day!

The flat screen Smart TV in the bedroom is equipped with streaming apps and YouTube TV, allowing you to enjoy live TV or savor digital content from your own Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu accounts.
Stay toasty, or cool off, while you cozily drift off to sleep while watching your favorite program.
There is a wardrobe for your clothing, including a spot to hang up any nice clothes for an evening around the resort or out on the town below. A full ensuite bathroom awaits, complete with linens.
The Mountain Bedroom
The Twin over Queen bunk beds are kid approved!
The second bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a playful mountain mural on one wall. Unpack your stuff in the wardrobe as you get settled in for the evening.
Brush your teeth, take a nice shower, or even have a bath in the full bathroom just outside the door. A stackable washer/dryer unit is also available in case you need it.
Ski Locker
Just outside the front door is a ski locker – perfect for keeping that outdoor stuff safe. It’s great storing skis, boards, boots, and poles in the winter; also for fishing gear, golf clubs, pool toys, and kids’ bikes during the summer months.
The ski locker is just to the left of the front door.
Parking
Parking can be tricky, particularly on the weekends during ski season. Our condo comes with one reserved parking spot - which you can see right from the front door. There are a handful of other unreserved guest parking spots nearby.
That one car in the parking lot is parked right in our spot!
Modern Home Comforts
We’ve included the comforts of a modern home to help you have the best possible getaway. Here are just a few more ways which makes our place special:
☑️ Yes, of course we have good high speed internet with Wi-Fi! Simply scan the QR code to connect
☑️ Several USB charging outlets are installed in convenient places throughout the condo. We’ve provided convenient access to a USB charging stations with plugs near every bed. Keep your device nearby. Gone are the days of fumbling around before bed looking for a way to juice up your phone and tablet overnight.
☑️ Both TVs in the condo are streaming-enabled. You can catch your favorite shows on the included YouTube TV account, and also keep up to date on your favorites from home using Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and so on. You can also connect your mobile devices to show photos and videos on the big screen.
☑️ Our Google Nest Wifi system comes with Google Assistant enabled. It can play music, give news, weather, and sports updates, make outbound phone calls, play games. At the wifi point in the Family Room, just say “Hey Google” to get started…. Have fun!

☑️ There’s a hairdryer in each bathroom.
☑️ Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for every guest.
☑️ Our condo is equipped with a high security number lock which provides keyless access to the inside. Don’t worry about losing a key while out and about.
☑️ We provide enough consumables to get you through a few days. There’s nothing worse than having to rush out to the gas station (except for having to go down the mountain and into town) to buy household items right after you arrive. Relax! We’ve got you covered!
Lastly, we have high standards for cleanliness in our condo. We work with only the best professional cleaners to keep everything in great shape for you.
